Jesus’ 4th paradigm shift is calling His followers into a life of integrity. When our character is under question, our message is compromised. If we want to produce disciples of integrity at FICF, then we need to increase the responsibility, accountability and participation of our members. Big/Small Church shifts the emphasis from the Pastor does everything to everyone has something to contribute.
